“Each little thing that we so easily took for granted, now becomes part of our bone woven prayers. To see your face again, the wrinkled smile, the salt tears of your longing for just a moment of tender love. Where the heart opens, the touch of flesh, your beautiful face, a glint of your eyes fire, feeling your fingers wrapped around these old hands as we remember, just remember.” Deja Hu
There are so many new developments it is difficult to know where to start.
I will be taking some time off from teaching yoga to help my Mom transition from her home of 38 years to a downsized place that can accommodate her needs. Downtown Desert Yoga has been a fabulous place to work.... I have never worked in a studio as supportive, peaceful, and inclusive as the staff of DDY. Hopefully I will be able to sneak teach live-streaming in between the trips to and from Santa Fe. For now I don't have a return date so thank you from my deepest heart to all my loyal students. But I will teach again!
I have a new website, AnnieHealingArts or AHA, under construction that will be up soon with a broader range of services. My original artwork from a vast array of subjects will be on display and available for print or sale.
My involvement in community art will be in the Sonoma Ranch Magazine as an article printing later in February about local artists. I will post all of that when I have links.
I just wanted to update everyone, we will be in touch. Remember to live like a lotus, at home and at peace, on the radiant journey through the muddy water.
