Downtown Desert Yoga Studio Classes
I specialize in restorative Yin and Nidra styles of yoga. I currently teach a studio class on Monday at Downtown Desert Yoga.
To access these classes you must download the app, register on the Downtown Desert Yoga website for a MindBody account to get the password for each class, and then click on the class link at the appropriate time. Monday is a Restorative Yoga with Healing Touch™ class from 12pm to 1pm.
Restorative Yoga with Healing Touch for All Levels - This is a therapeutic yoga class to provide stress relief and space to heal for the mind/body/spirit. Supported restorative poses are used to align the spine, release tension and prepare the body/mind to be receptive to a brief Healing Touch™ treatment applied during the shavasana (last pose). A wonderful addition to balance your yoga practice and promote healing. This class is perfect for beginners and all levels.

Will vary depending on the location. Generally there are prepurchased class cards which are good for 5-10 classes. I hold one extra class per block for those that miss a class. Class cards are transferable, of course!
